Depending on the condition of the property, we may come to inspect the property in person.

Will you be buying it for yourself
Perhaps. We work with a large network of real estate investors and it is possible your property might be exactly what one of our partners is searching to buy. Therefore, the final purchaser may be one of our associates. You will not be dealing with some stranger over the phone, or a person that you cannot trust.
